Live impressions and poetry from Alastair McGowan (The Big Impression, Spitting Image).
Original songs from Deborah Rose (singer/song writer) with world class piano accompaniment from Martin Riley (Director of Composition at Birmingham Conservatoire).
Alastair's hilarious impressions and brilliantly observational poems are followed by Deborah's beautiful, evocative music, creating an enchanting, unique and deeply personal evening of laughter, spoken word, and song.
This is an entertainment opportunity not to be missed!
For details of how to book and pay, contact the organiser (Jo) using the contact form linked from her name above.
Note: You won't find the event listed on the NCEM's pages, because it's been organised specifically for u3a York, and so is not on sale to the general public.
