Annual General Meetings are held on the 2nd Saturday of April following the Saturday talk on that day, in the Central Methodist Hall.

The AGM for the financial year end in July 2020 was moved from the October of that year to March 2021, due to lockdown restrictions. Following that all AGMs were scheduled for March, in the year following the end of the financial year in the previous summer.
