There are two boiwls groups running in York u3a - Group 1 meets on Mondays and Group 2 meets on Thursdays.
This activity is suitable for men and women – no previous experience necessary as a coach is available to get you started and friendly members will help you enjoy the experience. We can take you through from novice to playing in friendly competitive games – it is entirely up to the individual how involved in the game they wish to be.
Dress code: Smart casual clothing. Bowls and shoes are available on free loan (however, if you have shoes with flat soles - no ridges - these may be worn).
