Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art which combines slow, gentle movements with focussed attention. The harmony between mind and body can promote a sense of calm and wellbeing and will also improve muscle strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility. We will cover the principles of Yang style Tai Chi as we learn the flowing movements of the 24 Form. The class is suitable for beginners.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers/soft shoes, no equipment is needed but you may like to have a drink with you.
