There are two Travel sections in u3a York, and in both cases any trip is open for applications from ALL u3a York members.

Travel UKTravel Abroad
UK Trips are organised by our team of volunteers and aim to include a one-day trip to a place of interest each month, an annual five-day residential trip and occasional short breaks of one or two nights. Trips are by coach with hotel accommodation for overnight stays.

Details of trips will be published in the monthly What’s On email to members. All members can apply for any trip that is of interest.

For further details of planned trips and how to apply see the link above.		If you would like to travel abroad with like-minded u3a York members, you can sign up to an email group to be one of the first to receive information about any planned trips from the Travel Abroad committee.

The aim is for small groups of u3a York members to travel together on interesting itineraries. Members can suggest
destinations.
