Group email: Travel UK group
When: As needed for the travel
Cost: As organised for trip

Bookings can be made by any York u3a member, this is not a group that holds a membership list.

Our trips are organised by a team of volunteers and include monthly one-day trips to a place of interest, a five-day residential trip each year, usually by coach, exploring different areas in the UK, and short breaks of 1 or 2 nights staying in a hotel.

For any Travel UK enquiries contact travel uk. On the day of travel the trip organiser can be contacted on 07939 601 636.

Places for each trip are allocated on a set date, usually at least one week from the publication of newsmail. If oversubscribed there will be a random draw. You will then be notified if you have a place. Bookings can be made online with payment by bank transfer, requested once a place is confirmed, or paper bookings can be posted with a cheque, that cheque being cashed when a place is confirmed.

This list shows future trips with further details and booking options. Also the details and booking forms are available in the u3a office during normal opening hours.
